INTRODUCTION:-
  
Global warming, the phenomenon of increasing average air temperatures on the surface of Earth and oceans over past centuries. The reason for this is that increase in human caused greenhouse effects.  It includes smoke and ashes resulting from the heavy usage of automobiles, growing industries and burning of fossil fuels such as natural gases. Oil and coal. 

     Deforestation, Chlorofluorocarbons ejected from the refrigerators and other electrical appliances are also the causes of global warming. 

Impacts :-

• The first impact of global warming is melting of polar ice caps and glaciers. Which affects habitat for species in those polar regions. 
• Melted ice also increases the volume of water in oceans. 
•  It also has effect on rainfall patterns
•Increasingly severe and frequent climatic may lead to death and illness. 

How conservation can helpful for controlling global warming:-


    Deforestation plays an important role in global warming and climactic change. But if we can conserve forest resources by planting more number of trees, they would absorb carbon dioxide from the atmosphere and regulate the climate. Because it is proven that a single tree can absorb one ton of  carbon dioxide in its life time. 




       By conserving water resources from switch to cold shower and stop using hot water, we can save 500 pounds of carbon dioxide per year. Make sure to turn off taps while brushing, go for shorter shower.. And minimize the usage of related electronic appliances as they release higher amount of carbon dioxide. 



The next type of conservation can be taken by reducing waste  and choosing reusable products instead of disposable. 




Save electricity and reduce global warming by turning off lights when it is not required. Also make sure to turn off television, video players, stereo and computer when they are not in use. By doing this you can help to conserve a vital resource. 


The most important step you can take to overcome global warming is to reduce driving... Yes  less driving means fewer emissions.  Don't go for drive unnecessary. Save fuels as well as save Earth. 



Buying products with minimal packaging will reduce waste. By recycling half of your household waste you can save 2400 pounds of carbon dioxide annually. 



Restoration  of degraded lands represents half of nature's potential to keep global warming below 1.5 degree celsius. We need to work on that..  


Lastly maintaining the balance In the ecosystem, or conservation of wild animals also can minimise the effects of global warming. 


Conclusion:-

Global warming is a major challenge for our society. In this era it is impossible to stop global warming but people still can reduce and slow down this process by following protective measures. And internationally plans should come up with solution to this great threat of society.
